Via Pia - We move to the second stop, where we are going to taste two of the most delicious recipes of the local food culture: the “Panissa” and the “farinata”, both made with chickpea flour but really different in taste and consistency.

Corso Italia - We’ll stop in a pasta factory to taste maybe the most famous dish of the region, the pasta with pesto!

Savona, a port city and municipality in the region of Liguria, serves as a point of departure for cruises and an entryway to the stunning coastal landscape. As we stroll along the slender paths of Savona’s historical center, we’ll explore ancient dining establishments serving traditional and tasty food, enhanced by gently-infused extra-virgin olive oil typical of this Ligurian region. A ‘Foodie’—a local ‘pal’— guides the traveler, detailing each chosen restaurant’s specialties, preparations, and related history/anecdotes.
