Amazing Sardinian Cooking Class - This was a fabulous Sardinian countryside home cooking class experience. Irene and her son Gabriele were incredibly welcoming. We learned how to make various types of pasta and received fantastic tips and tricks. After the pasta-making session, we relaxed with other travelers, enjoyed local wine, and savored delicious nibbles. The meal began with ravioli, followed by the tagliatelle we had prepared earlier, and finished with dessert. It was such a fun night. We highly recommend adding this experience to your itinerary.

Such a special evening.... - Such a special evening. Great value and fantastic experience. Food was very good. We cycled from alghero and back so if you don’t have a car it is possible to get there and back without a car but you need to be careful on the roads. Would highly recommend this experience.

Amazing cooking class - The cooking class was amazing. Irene was a fabulous and showed us all the different pasta techniques and helped us along the way when we got stuck. Would highly highly recommend doing this cooking class.

Fantastic Authentic Culinary Experience! - This was such an amazing fun experience!! My husband and I took this pasta class as part of our 30th anniversary trip and we were smiling and making fun of each other the whole time. Irene our chef was so amazing she was a great hostess!!! We made or tried!!! To make different types of pasta! During the class she served us different types of local appetizers that were a treat to our taste buds!!! Soooo good! Then we had a full meal with wine, and dessert! Mirto! The location is a beautiful farm with a professional setting for her class! We would do this class a million times over! The value was worth every penny! Thank you Irene.

Fragello is a special dish that appeals to both residents and visitors. Sardinian cheese comes from sheep living in the mountains. The milking is done by hand. Pasta accompanies most Sardinian meals, adding energy to the basic recipe. The countryside home cooking class adds a touch of knowledge to the lesson at the farmhouse. Totally worth it!!! - An absolute amazing experience!! Absolutely loved every moment of this!! The host were cordial and the food was fun to make and eat!! Met some nice people with great conversations.

Cooking class with amazing meal after - Warm and inviting host, beautiful experience. Excellent meal after making pasta. Would recommend. A little off the beaten path, but that’s part of the charm.

An incredible and learning experience. - Irena was wonderful-an excellent host, teacher and cook. Pasta making was hands-on and entertaining at the same time. Our meal, wine, and storytelling after the pasta class topped off an incredible experience.
