A warranty - NicolSport is synonymous with a guarantee for those like me who have been visiting the Maddalena Archipelago for many years, the rental service is perfectly organized from every point of view from welcoming the customer (with online or on-site booking service) to the return of the same at the end Rental. I found the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, characteristics that are not always common in very crowded tourist areas. The vehicles I have tested over the years are efficient and fully reflect the needs of those who want to see this magnificent archipelago, I fully recommend them. Thanks NicolSport

Easy bike rentals - Wanted to tour the Maddalena Island for the day, got some ebikes from Nicolsport. Quality of the bikes was perfect. They looked brand new. Good selection too. Helmets were available. Staff was great, very helpful and got us going in no time. During busy season I suggest to reserve ahead.

Not much choice but chaotic and some of the employees unfriendly - Unfortunately the online booking tool is not ideal. We have done the booking but we were not able to pay the deposit online because you can only pay with PayPal. I called the number shown on google and asked if the booking went through. I was told its in suspense as payment didnt work. I asked if I should come down and quickly pay the deposit and the guy said "no, no come tomorrow when you rent it, all good". In the morning though it resulted that the guy (I was silly to not write down the name" had not done anything with it and the electric car (2 ppl) has not been reserved - luckily it was though still available. The first employee at the counter was very unfriendly and didnt even apologize - these things can happen but you'd expect at least an apology for the inconvenience given we then ended up waiting all in all hour. I dont think you get much better on the island but I would suggest you go early in the morning because its super chaotic. I also recommend you to take a video before you depart with your rented item as ours had lots of dammages and was pretty dirty. When we gave it back they claimed 2 scratches as new first but luckily we had done a video and therefore could proof these werent new.

Not recommended - In summary, 1 star, because the negative aspects far outweigh the positive ones and I would not recommend this unprofessional, unfriendly and unfair tourist rip-off to anyone! The two of us rented 2 e-bikes, which were not in optimal condition. Consumables that break through no fault of the renter are charged to the customer, what a disgrace! + a few steps from the port of Palau + Offer of different types of bicycles - Despite advance reservation and payment including size selection etc., 20 minutes wait until the bicycles were prepared on the day of collection - Only after 3 attempts did the employee manage to give us the right types of bicycles and sizes - No tread on the tire - Chain not tightened, which meant that the chain jumped out several times and also got our shoes/legs dirty with chain grease - Equipment on the bicycles not uniform (e.g. bottle holder) - Stand broke off on first use without any outside influence, either rusted through or just a completely cheap construction! The employees didn't notice it when we returned it, and because of our honesty we were fined €40 (despite additional insurance of €10 per bicycle) even though it wasn't our fault. - No customer orientation, only profit orientation, with the sentence: "We also have to pay for the replacement of the parts, so we pass on the costs to you" it becomes clear that all consumable parts are passed on 1:1 to the innocent customer. - Lack of professionalism, for example no help was given with adjusting the saddle height and they even tried to talk us into buying a size "S" bike instead of the desired size "M" because "M" is apparently easier to rent. - €140 for 2 e-bikes for a 6-hour ride is too EXPENSIVE
