Transfer mix-up ends with highest rating! - Due to a crazy coincidence (not of Luxer's making), we ended up in a vehicle with the wrong company headed to the wrong place. (Two drivers and companies scheduled to pick up different "Roberts" at 7:30AM from the cruise terminal). Forty-five minutes into our "transfer", I received a phone call from Luxer (Viator) stating that their driver was waiting for us at the cruise terminal since 7:15AM (it was now about 8:15AM). I said that can't be possible because we were in a vehicle headed to Venice with our driver. It turns out the other driver picked up the wrong "Robert" (I asked if he wanted to see our ticket and he said he didn't need to) and while in the vehicle we even asked how long the drive was to Venice. (His original fare was going to Bologna). At any rate, I asked the person who called if the driver would wait for us at the cruise terminal and it would take about 45 minutes for us to turn around and get there. The driver, Stefano, agreed to wait for us to return to the terminal. We arrived back at the terminal a little after 9AM and Stefano was there waiting for us. I have nothing but the highest marks to Luxer and Stefano for the professionalism and for waiting for us when they really didn't have to based on the contract terms. Stefano is a great young man and he drove carefully and didn't seem to mind having had to wait for us. Based on this excellent service, we scheduled another transfer for later in the week with Luxer.

Excellent service - thank you - Great service, well worth the money. Our driver Marko spoke very good English. He arrived on time and was a very pleasant young man. The mini bus was very clean and comfortable. The transfer was approximately 2.5 hours and on the journey Marko pointed out places of possible interest and advice on getting around Venice as I use a wheelchair, his tips and hits were gratefully received. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great service - The driver was on time. The car was very nice modern car with comfortable seats. Our driver was great and went above and beyond what he needed to do to help us get to our destination I would recommend the service.

Was waiting for our party... - Was waiting for our party holding a sign with our name as soon as we disembarked from cruise ship. We were a party of 6 with several pieces of luggage. Driver loaded everything. Clean and spacious van.

Very easy experience. - Our driver was prompt and we made it to the airport in plenty of time. The company keeps you up-to-date on the arrival time.

Ravenna cruise terminal pickup - Very nice black Mercedes S class vehicle and comfortableThe driver was on time. Only difficulty was confirming the pick up time as the options on the scheduling website were a little difficult to fill out. It would’ve been nice to receive a confirmation from the driver in advance, given all the transportation difficulties coming in and out of the Ravenna cruise terminal.

Arrived safely at our... - Arrived safely at our island resort and we had a great driver, but too fast on the road for me. Not used to the speed and passing on European freeways. But ship to private shuttle to water taxi transfer was seamless and we were at our resort on time as promised. Still pricey though!

While the vehicle was... - While the vehicle was clean and the driver was nice he was late to pick us up and spoke no English which is advertised that the driver would.

The Driver Walter Very Bad Service. - The driver spent the whole time driving texting, seeing photographs and talking on the phone. It became very dangerous because it is a narrow road one way out and back. He was never attentive to us. I wrote to your bosses according to me. And I sent video of the Bad Service. We were very unhappy and worried. Because our security.

Don’t use - I wish there was a zero star option. Pick up at 6am for an airport transfer. At 5:50 get a call there was an accident and the car won’t arrive. Fine, things happen and glad the driver is okay. I can’t miss my return flight. I asked if they’d send another car, they said no. They said to request a refund thru Viator and once I did they went radio silent.
