great way to enter Venice - Great way to enter Venice! Private transfer with a boat directly to our dock on the canal - no better way. We’ve done both and this was so much better!

No - The driver Alessio was great. He loaded all our massive luggage and a mobility scooter. Great experience

Waiting for us and... - Waiting for us and seamless. Van and then taxi boat. Well Coordinated. Very pleasant experience. Note still had to walk to hotel.

Definitely worth the money - Driver was waiting patiently as our flight was delayed. He was friendly and spoke English. Chatty with information about our destination Polite and courteous. Would definitely use again and recommend 100%

The van driver was... - The van driver was excellent and had great information. He waited with us until our water taxi came who was late because of some party on another island

Marco Polo airport to Venice city - When we arrived we could jot see our contact and had to call the tour operator..only after we spoke did he show up..not sure why he as was not standing there like the others with our name board. Anyhow it was a very short drive to the private boat to Venice. This was wonderful. However it would be less expensive if you take the taxi boat from the airport..

Not impressed with service - The driver was right on time but rude. Our package was supposed to include bottle water. But when I asked him for one, he say “no”.

Performance is unreliable and unprofessional - When I called Luxor I was told that the original driver was there for almost an hour and left for another pickup We Landed at 6:32pm At 7:27pm we texted Luxor through the Viator ap that the luggage was coming out on the baggage carousel and that we would be out for the meet and greet in a minute At 7:31 we came out the doors by carousel number 3 and there was no Luxor driver there to meet us We called Luxor immediately and spoke with the woman who had called me and she told me the driver was waiting an hour and the driver abandoned us and left for another pickup Also, she said that she was trying to find another driver and did not know how long it would be - and when I asked for an explanation she hung up on me A few minutes later at about 7:45pm another driver named John called me and asked us to walk outside and meet him there which we did We booked with Viator so that we could be assured that a reliable company would be there to meet and greet us- not to be told that the driver left for another job My wife was in a wheelchair We paid about $260.00 for this pickup This is a disgraceful and totally unacceptable

Unreliable and unprofessional - We booked our Venice airport to hotel transfer through Viator with Luxor, including a meet and greet Our experience was sub- standard The driver abandoned our prepaid booking and left for another pickup Clearly, Luxor is a poorly run unreliable and unprofessional company Essentially after coming off an international flight and retrieving our luggage from the carousel we exited through the doors where many drivers were waiting with signs - however our driver was not there We contacted Luxor only to be told that our driver left for another job and they didn't know how long it would be for a replacement driver to come I couldn't believe it I became angry and demanded an explanation upon which Danielle at Luxor hung up on me The cost of this transfer was $258.00

Expensive transfer - My flight was delayed and I missed my connection. As soon as I had a new itinerary-I emailed the company with updated information. It was still 2 hours before original time. I was informed that they did not reschedule or do refunds. But I could book another transfer for $180. So it basically cost me $500 from Venice airport to hotel!! Unbelievable. Flights are cancelled or late all the time. I should not have been penalized for the delay. Plus the company had ample time to regroup. Will not be using this service again.
