- Tili Vini Societa Agricola - At the winery, visitors will observe the entire production process, from the pressing machine to the bottling machine, with an explanation of authentic organic winemaking. The experience will include a guided tasting of five organic wines, extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, accompanied by bruschette, a selection of local cheeses and salami, and homemade biscotti.

Our itinerary includes a tour of vineyards and olive groves, a visit to a balsamic vinegar aging facility, and a winery where you’ll learn the distinct differences between organic and conventional farming. Following these visits, you will be part of a guided tasting session involving balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and five different organic wines. These tasting sessions are accompanied by hot bruschette with organic olive oil, a variety of cheeses and salami, and homemade biscotti, all taking place with an astonishing view of the Assisi valley.
