Experience one of the most classic wine tastings in our tradition: wine and cheeses! Delight in the unique pairings of our organic Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT wines with cheeses, jams, and balsamic vinegar sourced from our farm and local producers.

The tasting menu can be customized to accommodate guests’ dietary needs, allergies, or intolerances (e.g., lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian). In case of inclement weather or if it’s too cold or hot to be outside, the tasting will be held inside the tasting room. For any special requests, please feel free to contact us!

Additionally, we offer transportation upon request for a fixed rate from the city center of Spello, the Assisi train station, or local hotels.
