We stake it all on uncomplicated, organic cheeses, void of added enzymes. We handcraft them without any heat treatment, preserving all their sensory properties.

The dairy is located in Samugheo, 150 meters from the MURATS_Museo Unico Regionale Arte Tessile Sarda. It is accessed from a dirt road that starts in front of the museum, on the side of provincial road 71 for Busachi.
