12.00 Return to the cellar where you will meet the owner Roberto Drocco who will personally welcome you in the cellar for a visit to the premises. You will have the opportunity to get to know firsthand the passion that drives the work in the company.
Followed by Aperitif and Tasting: a unique aperitif awaits you, with a selection of 5 fine wines and appetizers that will exalt your senses.
Traditional Lunch: The highlight of the day! A lunch consisting of 3 typical Langhe appetizers, 2 traditional first courses and 1 second course with an authentic farmer’s flavor. To conclude, a dessert created with imagination by our chef.
