Drocco Luigi - Produzione vini DOC e DOCG - The experience consists of a visit to the winemaking cellar and tasting of the wines, some of which are still aging on the yeasts.
We produce exclusively classic method with at least 4 years of refinement.
You will be able to have a new experience: understand the evolution of wine over time and why with the right wait extraordinary results can be achieved.
The mountain climate of our vineyard allows it to maintain a unique freshness and minerality.
Every year we blend the wines aged partly in steel tanks and partly in barriques. The result is complex wines that last over time and can accompany us in special moments.

Highy recommended - Great tasting and visit! Piedmont is more known for red wines but for sure the future is bright for the sparkling!
