Recently, the Cademartori family, owners of a major Italian food company, acquired the villa and used it as a holiday resort for an extended period. In the 1980s, the villa underwent its last renovation and was divided into apartments.

Embark on an exciting two-hour public boat tour of the stunning Lake Como, where you can marvel at the grandeur of one of Italy’s most renowned lakes. As you glide past historic villas and quaint villages nestled along the shores, the soothing hum of the boat and the refreshing lake breeze will enhance your journey. Relish the lake’s magnificence, soak in the picturesque views, and create unforgettable memories that far exceed the modest price of this tour. The tour requires a minimum of 3 participants to commence. If this minimum is not met, those who have booked will be asked to contribute 25 euros (for a 1-hour tour) or 35 euros (for a 2-hour tour) per person to cover fuel expenses. Should the customer decline, a full refund will be provided. With only one or two passengers, a contribution of 25 euros or 35 euros per person will be necessary for fuel.
