Photo shoot fun! - Such a fun experience! Loved working with everyone invloved and the photos came out beautiful. Received the images and videos the same day!

Bad Customer Service, Unresponsive - Thankfully I was given a refund but the lack of customer service was deplorable. I scheduled with this company over a month in advance and they were responsive with my inquiries. A day before the photoshoot, I emailed them about what time would their car service pick me up since I had requested pick up transportation from my hotel. I called the numbers that were listed, no answer. I emailed and messaged through Viator and no response. The morning of I wait outside of my hotel an hour before the scheduled time if my photoshoot. I call the company again, send an email, and still no response. I call Viator and then try to call the company and no answer on their attempt. The Viator rep then sends and urgent email to the company. A few minutes later I get an email from the company stating that they have to cancel my photoshoot. They can either reschedule or refund my money. Then they go on to mention that the water conditions are deteriorating. Weather is always unpredictable but not responding to emails and phone calls is very unprofessional. I like to support small business in the Caribbean but the customer service needs to be improved. A client that has prepaid should not have to make multiple phone calls and send several messages just to be canceled on the day of. If I hadn't contacted Viator, I'd probably still be waiting in front of my hotel. I booked with another company that had impeccable customer service, picked up phone calls and responded to emails, all within 24 hours since I had to find a new company to book my photoshoot.
