Great Experience! - This excursion was a lot of fun! The end spot is gorgeous. We were able to see a few starfish! Your guide was excellent! You get very sandy, so make sure you’re wearing clothes that you don’t care to get yuck. We would recommend this excursion for sure!

Thank you so much for the... - Thank you so much for the amazing ATV tour! The guide was fantastic — he made sure to take great pictures of us and created such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We also really appreciated the stop at a great spot for food; it was a perfect break and a nice touch to the experience. Overall, it was a memorable adventure, and we really enjoyed the tour!

Great tour was great !!... - Great tour was great !! Wish it was longer that’s how much fun I had !! The guides were so nice and made sure we crossed traffic safe. I would highly recommend. They provided transportation to and from the tour which was a plus!! Looking for a great ATV ride book them

Off road & cool pit stop - Excellent crew! They made sure we were safe during the excursion. The tour was nice including drive through terrain and roads. Pit stop for a quick drink/bite was nice to do as well. Towanda was very nice !

Would rec! - Trip was awesome! Pick up was on time, tour guide was good at showing us how the bike works and checking on us throughout the tour. This was my first time ever driving an ATV, so initially kind of nerve wracking to drive because the terrain in some spots can get bumpy, but with the tour guide checking and not going fast I felt comfortable quickly! The views were amazing— we got to see chalk sound and Da conch shack. So much fun!
My advice would be to wear clothes you don’t mind getting dusty!

Best guides bad management. - The guides were nice but the guy in charge was terrible and they tried double charge me for a ride. I called him and he stop answering bad business.

Good basic tour - Good basic ATV tour, on very dusty back roads. Not much scenery or ocean views. Guide was polite and accommodating.

Be cautious - Personally I think this would have been a better experience if it started on a better note. First the driver was over a hour later picking us up with minimum communication. Once they picked us it was no apology or anything. They were driving reckless as hell and honestly was rude. The instructor spoke fast as hell with barely any instruction. I honestly didn’t feel safe. The driver was late picking us up so we called our own ride and when we were done the instructor just put the bikes away without talking to us. I personally wouldn’t recommend

Easy to book but unorganized AND UNPROFESSIONAL - Initially it was very easy to book. We asked for pick up to be included and it indicated pick up included. Pick up is included for a cost therefore it was my OWN fault when I believed it was included for free. Not the company’s fault that I misunderstood. I reached out to the company right after booking asking what time they would be picking us up. They responded quickly, 2:40pm. I was very pleased with the quick response. At 2:45pm I reached out asking them their eta and letting them know we were in the lobby waiting. They said at that time that the driver was on his way to pick us up for a ATV tour location allegedly 17 minutes away. That was concerning but I figured they would have the group wait on us to arrive. They know what time their tours begin and they know we are booked to be on the 3:00pm tour. Another email follows that states it’s $10 each for the transportation. I respond saying I didn’t have cash as I didn’t realize the transportation wasn’t included. I send an email saying I am getting cash now from the front desk and asked if that was the one way or round trip price. They email me back stating our ride was cancelled. I was confused as to why they would immediately cancel someone’s transportation without confirming that is what is desired by the customer, as we had already gotten the cash from the front desk. I then am given a phone number and a address to which I needed to get my own ride. The time was now 2:55pm. I asked how we could get there by 3:00pm when it’s now 2:55pm and we need to find a ride. I’m then told we could come to the 5:00pm tour. We had other plans and could not do the 5:00pm tour. I began communicating with the company via text and the responses were not professional. The person then offered a refund. Which I appreciate that the person offered a refund. That at minimum was a generous act because they could have tried to keep my money. I tried to be overly kind and polite and yet still I didn’t think the person was very professional. I think they forgot about the pickup, and were reminded at 2:45pm, then when an opportunity came to get out of doing the pick up since they were already late, it was taken and we were cancelled. Again, the right thing was to fully refund us and that is what they did. So I appreciate them for doing that. That does speak highly of them in terms of doing what is right. They lack professionalism and customer service which is a separate issue. They lack organization which is why at 2:45pm the driver was not at our location for a 17 minute commute. We never would have made it by 3:00pm when at 2:55pm they cancelled the transportation and transportation had still not arrived. The better way to handle an issue in the future is to reach out and say “my apologies, we did not schedule your ride timely and thus you will not make the tour at 3:00pm. We apologize, we can offer you 5:00pm or refund you in full.” So my advice would be to adjust to a more professional experience, take accountability when necessary and always speak kindly with customers especially when that customer is being polite to you. I imagine they lost a star due to customer service.
