The operator was very... - The operator was very professional and he show us the city and even went down dirty roads. We stop for food and drinks. It was worth the price. Definitely got my money worth. I would recommend this service.

DEFINITELY RECCOMEND - The atvs were wonderful. Our guide took us around the island, took our pictures, and allowed us to stop and eat at the Conch Shake which was delicious. 10/10 experience my family and I would do it again.

The staff were right by... - The staff were right by our sides to make sure we were safe and if we needed help. They had took us to different areas and they had beautiful scenery. We stopped to take pictures by the water as well. I had a great time and had my thrill on the ATV.

Awesome ATV Experience in TCI - Great experience. Service was phenomenal. Our tour guide was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company for TCI ATV rides.

TCI Off-road Adventure! - Omar and team are very attentive. We booked separately and had no issues with our time requested. The team picked us up from the Grace Bay property as offered when booking the time. The team is courteous and accommodating as much as possible. I had a question about confirming pick up and it was easy to reach the team by phone and text. Delays were communicated as applicable and once we were picked up, any questions we had were answered as well. It was my first time on an ATV and the team was patient and provided guidance to me as needed. I had trouble adjusting to my ATV and the team did what they could to help. The ride is guided and local traffic is understanding. I felt safe while riding in traffic and off-road. The views were gorgeous at Discovery Bay. Book more than once, the route changes based on what the guests have seen during their visit to the island. What are you waiting for??? Book now!!!

Best experience ever! - Directions had me lost and missed my scheduled time but they allowed me to do the next scheduled time. So much fun! The tour guides was so cool they took pictures and videos of us without hesitation. Definitely recommend they even stopped to buy us water. Rocky but great views and wonderful experience all together!

Do not recommend it - We booked this through Viator. The booking clearly states that the operator will pick you up and that you would be informed the day before your tour at what time you would be picked up. I should have e known when I had to call the day before since we had not heard from the tour operator, Xhale Tours and Rentals. We were informed that the pick up would be 8:30. At 8:00 AM, we received a text asking if we could arrange our own transportation, because traffic was too busy. As I asked if the company would cover the costs of the transport, since it was included in the booking, the individual replied that he cancelled our reservation and provided a refund. We called the company and agreed for a later booking and pick up at 10:40. I am sure you know based on the one star rating that they did not show up. No calls, no texts, just a no show. My recommendation is to stay clear of this company.

Unprofessional - This is not my 1st time booking with company & had a good experience the 1st... That's why I went with them again. I paid for the trip the day before. Was waiting on the driver to call the next day. To let me know what time he would arrive. Never got a call. So we started text & call the # that was giving back someone in the company. No response until Viator got Involved. Then we got a nasty text the time of our trip. Saying you requested a refund and I'll send it to you. Stop calling my phone we close today... It's was so Disappointing because I had hyped them up to my kids. & they really wanted to ride... After that I looked at the reviews. I see I'm not the only one this has happened too. I did get my refund that's after showing conversation between who at They're a company & the driver...

Scam Likely! - Bad memories of driving aimlessly in a foreign country trying to find an abandoned building to meet a rude guide which never happened. I requested a refund and Viator denied it. What a scam!!! Take your money and don't provide the service paid for!!!
