Great service - Seamless experience in getting the shuttle from our accommodation to the airport. Loved that pickup time was determined by the company based on flight time and I didn't have to work it out. Arrived and dropped off on time. Comfortable journey. Supported with loading bags. Top Provider! - Heart of the Reef Airport Transfers provides an exceptional service, making travel from Proserpine Airport to Airlie Beach an absolute breeze. From the moment you're picked up, the staff’s professionalism and friendliness shine through. Our lovely driver went above and beyond for us and even stopped at a grocery store to allow us to pick up dinner as we were 15 minutes out of town. Would highly recommend!

Poor administration, the bus driver failed to check the passenger list and left 20 minutes before stated departure time - I booked and paid for the transfer to Airlie Beach 2 hours beforehand, just before my flight left Brisbane. The transfers are booked by flight number, to make the wait at the airport short. The bus was meant to leave at 2.50pm. I got to the Heart of Reef check in desk at 2.30pm and was told the 2.50pm bus had already left and that the bus driver had failed to notice that one passenger from flight Q1878 was missing. The bus had apparently only just pulled out - the person at the desk could easily have rung the driver to ask him to turn around, but did not do so. Instead I was told to wait until the next bus, which would leave whenever the next flight landed, without giving me any indication of how long that might be. This was hugely disappointing as I was in a rush to get to Airlie and could not afford this delay. They say on their website that they check booked names to make sure no one gets left behind, yet instead the bus left 20 minutes early without checking if everyone was on board.
