Beyond pleased with the tour and the guide - We had Uvaldo as our tour guide and I can’t stress enough what a fantastic job he did. Our group was small so it really felt personal. We started at the cenotes which was my first time and it was incredible. Very well maintained and organized. We then went to the pink salt mines, where we learned a great deal about how they cultivate the salt. We met “Doña Lupita” who made us tortillas from scratch and gave us probably the most delicious taco I’ve ever had. We even got to grind our own bag of salt straight from the source. Uvaldo then toon us to the Mayan ruins. This was honestly a lot funner than I expected it to be. We climbed the pyramids and also got a lot of information about the ruins from Uvaldo. We ended the day at Sergio’s beach club where we got some fantastic food especially for beach club buffet food. The staff was extremely welcoming and the drinks were phenomenal. All in all a great informative time. Uvaldo did a great job explaining random facts and answering any questions we had. I wish we could give more than 5 stars, we will absolutely boom with them again !

Progreso Tour - Very good tour with stops to get out of the van and explore. The last stop at the beach house was an excellent way to end the tour.Pick up time and drop off were right on schedule. Jesus was a great guide.

Amazing experience! - One of my favorite excursions I’ve ever been on! Our guide, Uvaldo, was incredible. He was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions while also making the trip super fun. I feel like we saw so much in only 5 hours but we never felt rushed, at all. We look forward to coming back and booking with Sergio tours & will definitely be requesting Uvaldo again!

Highly Rrecommend - We had a great time on the 5 in 1 tour. Jesus was an awesome guide. Nice vehicles and very timely. We enjoyed each stop on the tour. The family was friendly and gracious sharing their beach house and yummy food and drinks. We had a nice small group size which made it very personalized.

Great Day in Progreso - Our guide/driver Jesus was very nice and knowledgeable. The van was in good condition and he got us to our destinations safely. Progreso is a somewhat depressed area, so we did not spend time in local areas. The Mayan ruins were impressive and the people were so friendly. We really enjoyed seeing the beautiful flamingos and other birds, the raccoons at the Eco park were adorable and the springs were a nice respite. The end of the tour at their small beach side pool was a great end to the day.

Trip not as promised - There was no explanation of what we seen, no information shared. Stops were not as described in the package. Time at the beach house was too long since the pool was too cold to enjoy. Would not do this tour again or refer to a friend

FRAUD - 100% NEGATIVE - FRAUD, had booked this tour. The appointment was made at booking meeting point 9 a.m. local time. However, this is said to have taken place more than an hour earlier, without us being informed about it. Didn't get our paid money back. WAS NO MONEY RETURN
