Domestic Arrivals:
• Upon exiting the aircraft, please proceed to your designated baggage carousel
• On level 2 arrivals, your chauffeur will wait with a paging board bearing your name in bold
• NOTE: It is possible to exit on level 3 departures, but one should proceed via either escalator or elevator to level 2 arrivals to connect with the chauffeur

International Arrivals:
• Upon exiting the aircraft first proceed to immigration.
• Collect your luggage at the baggage carousels
• Then proceed through customs
• You will then enter the International Reception Lobby (IRL). Where the chauffeur will be waiting immediately on your right with a paging board bearing your name in bold

From YVR airport to Whistler, a complimentary 20 minute rest stop at beautiful Shannon
falls or Squamish is included, to let you stretch your legs, take photos, use the bathroom, or
get a bite to eat.

We provide a direct service from the airport to the ski slopes in Whistler — including you and your equipment. We also offer a meet-and-greet service at Vancouver Airport (YVR), with a chauffeur ready to assist you as you exit the terminal, handle your luggage and hold the door open for you.

En route, we incorporate a free 20-minute break at the stunning Shannon falls or Squamish for you to stretch your limbs, capture some photos, freshen up or grab a quick meal.
