Felt like you were right there with Carmen - My husband and I did a virtual cooking class with Chef Carmen and our friends who had previously gone to her actual class in Italy. From start to finish, Chef Carmen made the whole experience such a blast. It felt like she was right there with you, guiding you the whole way through. We made Fettuccine Bolognese and Eggplant Parmigiana and it was amazing! It was 9pm her time when our class took place and we never felt rushed with her. She kept telling us to take our time(even though we felt bad as it got later!). Chef Carmen was so personable and hilarious that you felt comfortable with her right away. We can’t wait for the pandemic to be over as the first place we will travel to is to Sorrento just to take her class in person. Highly suggest taking Chef Carmen’s class!

Got me interested about cooking Italian food! - Chef Carmen was amazing! She was extremely patient, informative and funny! I am by no means an experienced cook and my pizza turned out amazing! Because of her class, I’m making pizza again this week using her instructions. Very excited to get into cooking now!

Best Use of Zoom!! - My friend invited me and my husband to a zoom cooking class with Chef Carmen, and I'm so glad she did!! I'm culinarily challenged, but Chef Carmen's instruction was so easy to follow, and fun too. We made two delicious dishes and then received the recipes after so we could make them again. This would be a perfect activity to do with friends or family members who are far away as it's wonderful to see each other while learning a couple new dishes. Would absolutely do this again!

Zoom - We had an excellent experience with Carmen!!! So much fun cooking with her! Delicious meal by the end. We can’t wait to cook with her again. Highly recommended.

Zoom cooking class - We had 8 couples on zoom with Carmen last Saturday and it was AMAZING! She was so patient with us and wanted each of us to “show” her the contents of our mixing bowls to determine if we were ready to move to next step. This demonstrates her ability and passion to be engaged with students even remotely. Tricks and tips will stay with me forever. Homemade ravioli, chaux pastries, and sea bass were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Delicious Food and Wonderful Teacher - I had the pleasure of attending a group class taught via Zoom by Chef Carmen and it was the highlight of our week! Chef Carmen explained each step so thoroughly that it felt as interactive as an in-person class. I am an experienced cook and was delighted to learn some new tips and tricks. I would recommend this class to anyone, beginner or expereienced cook, who is interested in learning about authentic Italian cusine.

Italian Cooking Class via Zoom - Chef Carmen welcomed our group with open arms. We took her class from 130-430pm Central US time, which means it was already 830pm Italy time! She was still energetic, fun, informative, and very patient with our rather large group. Chef Carmen made us feel welcome and included her own preference on recipes, as well as telling us the local "way of doing things" which we all enjoyed learning. Highly recommend this class, and I've already shared my experience with family and friends! Thank you again, Chef! We made Ravioli Caprese, Stuffed Eggplant, and Tiramisu Two Ways (Traditional and Lemon). We are every bite or our entrees and personal sized tiramisu and had enough dessert to gift to our families (If they make it that far ;) I put "couples" but this group was a mix of family and friends of all adult ages. Great fun!
