Amazing experience - Our tour guide was David and he was excellent with our three year old and 4 teenagers. David was very knowledgeable and fun. We were a group of 7. The turtles and cenote were wonderful. The photographer got some awesome pictures. I would definitely recommend this tour and David.

Great Value for Everything you get to See and Do - We spent all day at this park. It includes your meals all throughout the day so we had the breakfast and later dinner buffet which was fabulous. They provide towels, sunscreen samples, water and drinks. Amazing spots to just hang out and relax too.

Nature friendly? Nature itself!! - My family loves nature and Xel-ha was a perfect place to be part of nature without sacrificing convenience. All the food was fresh and tasted great. I loved all the freshly squeezed fruit juices. Lots of fish everywhere and water zip-line was so much fun. The slide wasn't scary at all and you cannot miss the view from the top of the slide!! Everything was so free and convenient that our day at Xel-ha went very smoothly with nothing to worry about. (Got a few mosquito bites but didn't bother.) We didn't do any of the extra charge activities and still had tons of fun.

Snorkeling, dolphins and good food! - We added dolphins to our ticket as an add-on and were well pleased. The dolphins were amazing and it was a fun 40 minutes being in the water with them. They high-pressure you to buy pictures and we said, "No." They were something like 130.00. At the end of our stay, they asked us what we would pay, and I jokingly said, "$50. and they took it! We loved the food at Xei-Ha and thought it was great that we could get both lunch and dinner on the entrance fee. We did the lazy river and wished that it had some rapids. We snorkeled, which was great. The snorkeling equipment was top-notch. All in all, it was a great day.

Another great time at the X Parks! - We did Sea Trek, swimming with the manatees and the zip bike this trip....everything was wonderful. We love all the Xcaret parks, they never disappoint. Keep up the great work!

TUI booked trip - Booked this day trip via our TUI rep at the hotel after recommendation it was a fantastic trip with amazing memories to cherish. The rep on the coach was very informative and took us to checkin desk helping us decide how best to spend our day. Everything ran smoothly from booking extra activities, getting lockers towels snorkels etc. We did a dolphin experience which was amazing we chose small Group of 6 of us which felt really personal. The lazy river was so much fun but it is very long and although we allowed 1.5hrs to do it as recommended it actually needed much longer so we ended up running out of time and having to get out half way down to run to get to Dolphin experience on time. I personally think just the free activities would be enough for one day and maybe come back another day if you wanted to do the experiences as it was very rushed, didn’t have time to sit down for a meal and we were all shattered after it as we certainly did a lot of exercise. Absolutely loved the day though.

Excellent Water Park - Great Park for water activities. Really liked zip line and water slides and snorkeling. The restaurants are very good and clean.

1 3/4 hr trip from hotel. Well worth it - Snorkeling, jumping off a cliff, inner tube river riding, excellent food & drinks. Beautiful weather & service

Excellent day out - This is a great way to spend the day with your family - the property is well managed , lots of signage, lots of yummy food to eat and plenty of drinks the kids loved the snorkel , ziplining, diving , cenotes , Mayan cave , and the manatees . I liked that even though we went with the basic entry fee and didn’t pay for the extra activities we could still see the rays , Dolphins and manatees and chat with the staff about them - they gave us lots of cool info . Well organized . The one little thing that kept me from giving it a five star review was that I purchased the pricey photo package and as we went to different points in the park found a lot of cameras were not working with our bracelets ... I’d say only about 50% of the cameras were functional so that was a big let down especially at sites such as the leap of courage and several good spots in the snorkel area . Also I realize you have drinks included but I could have used a bottled water to carry with me - I’m sure it’s a way to decrease litter. Other than that everything about this place was excellent and my kids were spent which is hard to accomplish. Highly recommended for a family outing in Playa del Carmen - but take your cell phone ( with a water proof case ) and take your own pictures .
