best experience! - best experience we could've asked for! our flight was delayed from take off over 3 hours so stressed the whole time that our driver wouldn't be available when we finally arrived to cancun- but he was!! had to stay the night in chiquila because we missed the last ferry but all was good. return trip to the airport was perfect. thank you so much!

Super private transportation - Superb experience round-trip We had a concern on the shuttle as timing was tight, and we had to transfer between terminals and the airport is a bit of a mess due to construction. Great way to start our vacation

No deposit refund although I have given a 3 week notice - I was quoted 4700 pesos return from Cancun and was asked for a 1000 pesos deposit. I sent it but cancelled once i had a family emergency. I sent Mary Rosado a message for a refund but have not heard back. I will have to contact PayPal. I would not book with Netivos Holbox again.
