Honesty and Service in the DR - The drivers for both trips from the airport to our resort were courteous, helpful and right on time. But what was truly outstanding is what happened on the return trip to the airport. In a seniors moment I left my cellphone in the back seat cupholder and didn't realize it was missing until we were in the airline counter line. By the time we got to the front of the line our driver, Manuel Serrano appeared with my phone. He handed it to me and left quickly before I could thank him properly. He was certainly not looking for a reward. In this age of scam artists it was truly reaffirming to encounter this honesty and level of service. Bless you Manuel and appreciation to Excellent Transfer VIP for this level of service.

Excellent, but be prepared… - Our driver was nice and got us to our resort quickly and safely. To me, that is excellent. It did take a little longer than I expected to meet up at the airport, but I think that was more my fault. I would recommend messaging 2 days before your flight to establish a meeting point. Not wait until you arrive at the airport. Know that the PUJ Airport is nothing like an American airport. As soon as you walk outside, there are many taxis and transportation services trying to harass you. It is hectic. Be prepared. Also, do not expect the ride to be like it would be in America. The driving styles and rules of the road are much different. It can be surprising and feel a little rough, but the driver is talented and will you where you need to go timely and safely. I would use this service again!

Great service - From start to finish the transfer from the airport to hotel was great. Excellent service from our driver Moises. Also the lady at the airport waiting with a sign was very professional. Will definitely use them again.

Good value - It was a clean, comfortable and quiet ride. Good value for transportation to Uvero Alto for $60 for 2 passengers. A bit hard to find the driver at airport exit as he had no signs. Consider at least having a small dry erase sign with passenger name on it. That will lessen the stress of exiting the airport with all the taxi drivers bombarding us.

Driver wasn’t in the... - Driver wasn’t in the normal area for pickup. Had to have someone working there contact the driver to see where he was. Very confusing pickup, no clear details. Probably wouldn’t use again.

Poor communication with pick up - They don’t communicate with clients what time they are picking you up from the hotel back to the airport. The number provider in the viator ticket is not reachable. I have to Google a different number and good luck if you’re even able to reach this alternative number. When they came in to pick us up eventually, they were 20 minutes late and we don’t even know if we are able to make it for our flight. Typing this as we head to airport. Their service ruined our almost perfect vacation. Pls find alternative. No email or what’sapp messages. Even viator is not able to reach them when we asked Viator support.

Never Showed Up!!! Had to pay someone else - They NEVER showed up!! We had to pay for another company to transport us!! The number on the reservation does not work! We were stuck at the airport and I want my money back!!
