Airport Pick-Up
Flight tracking is used by default. Your driver will monitor your flight and wait up to 90 minutes after landing.
If you prefer a specific pick-up time, please contact customer service in advance. Without a request, the flight tracking setting will be used.
City / Hotel Pick-Up
The driver will wait in the car for up to 20 minutes at the scheduled time. Vehicle details will be sent via WhatsApp.
Flight Delays
In case of flight delays or cancellations, please inform us at least 6 hours in advance.
Without notification, the service will proceed as originally scheduled.
Luggage
Each passenger is allowed one 24-inch suitcase. Additional or oversized luggage may require extra seats.
If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver may refuse the service.
