Airport Pickup:
Upon your arrival, our driver will keep track of your flight to accommodate any changes and will meet you inside the terminal at the actual arrival time. The driver will welcome you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name, and will assist with your luggage. You will have 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual flight landing. If your flight is delayed or canceled, there is no need to worry—we will adjust your free waiting time accordingly. In the event of a flight cancellation by the airline, you will receive a full refund.

To stay connected, take advantage of the free Wi-Fi available at any UK airport and contact your driver via WhatsApp. Rest assured, your driver will send you a welcome message as soon as you land.

Hotel/Residential Property/Train Station Pickup:
The driver will wait directly in front of your door. If parking is restricted, the driver will park as close to the pickup location as possible. A 15-minute complimentary waiting period begins from your scheduled pickup time.

• We can arrange wheelchair-accessible vehicles for you. Please note that this service requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and an additional fee of £100, which should be paid directly to the driver.
• As a licensed taxi company in the UK, we are legally permitted to carry babies without the need for an additional baby seat. However, if you require one, please contact us 24 hours in advance.
• Any additional waiting charges must be paid directly to the driver in cash. As per the agreement, 60 minutes of free waiting time is provided from the actual flight landing, and 15 minutes of free waiting time is included for pick-ups from hotels or residential properties.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
