A Month at the Opal Hotel - I spent a month at the Opal Hotel in Delray Florida and I will definitely go back. The service and accommodations were excellent. Patricia, the concierge, was amazing! She was the most helpful, friendly, involved concierge that I’ve ever seen, and I’ve travelled around the world and stayed in 5 star hotels. Venicia, our housekeeper, was so accommodating and helpful. She did a great job. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to my next stay there!

Easy and Friendly Services - Our driver came on time and was super nice. The day we arrived it was raining and he was very careful taking us to the Cabo area.

Enjoyed our driver - We loved our driver. Super accommodating. He was willing to stip at the store on our way from the airport to our resort. We will use them again for our transfer back from Diamante to SJD airport.

Flawless service and communication - I booked two separate round trips for family for two different days. I had to make a few changes near the pick up dates and all were handled professionally and easily. Communication over WhatsApp was almost instant. I would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

Don't use Ballard Tour Services - Terrible experience. Driver didn't show up. After calling the tour operator I was asked for more money.No refund issued. My trip has been paid and confirmed.

I don't recommend it. - I made my reservation a week in advance and expected at least some communication to confirm the details. As the date approached, he still received no response from anyone. I had to communicate myself, re-provide all the information, only to be told that “they do not provide Service in my hotel zone”, even though I am in the hotel zone. The lack of communication and poor Customer Service is amazing. If I hadn't followed up a day earlier, I would have run out of transport the same day. Now I'm looking for last-minute transportation because they didn't bother to let me know. An extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Reviews now, it makes sense that they only have 2.2 stars in google reviews

Don’t use them - I got ripped off! No one answered or communicated with me. They just took my money. Very bad for business. I called they kept sending me to voicemail.
