Smooth as it should be - Smooth as any transfer should be. John was very talkative and nice, making the transfer a breeze and an informative experience of the city and country.

Barely adequate service. - Driver sent messages via WhatsApp which was helofull during our progress thru immigration and bag claim. But then was hard to locate driver. He did not tell us which exit of 2 to meet him. He also did not have a sign with our name. Driver did not speak English. No bottled water was offered. Once we met he drove competently to our hotel. His car was air conditioned but not very clean.
