Driver was there right... - Driver was there right after we exited the airport from baggage claim. He was helpful with our bags. Friendly and got us to our destination efficiently. Made it so easy after our 12 hour flight.

Rome Transfer Failure/No Show - If your flight is delayed, the driver will leave, and the phone number will not work. I waited for 30 minutes before an airport employee suggested that we take a taxi instead.

no one showed to pick us... - no one showed to pick us up. We have been waiting and looking around for about an hour. Tour operator did not pick up the phone. Finally we call Viator and they recommended we went to get a taxi.
