The driver Uka was... - The driver Uka was friendly even though he didn’t speak English much but we understood each other. He knew all the shortcuts to bypass the traffic.

Had a bit of an issue... - Had a bit of an issue meeting at airport but when I sent a message they responded right away and I was able to find the driver. He didn’t speak English but was not an issue. He was very nice. Car was clean and ride was good.

We were picked up on time... - We were picked up on time and our driver was wonderful! She gave us information on the way into town about Mongolia and the way of life here. We appreciate all she told us and was a great driver! I would highly recommend booking a pickup from the airport as we found out later the Taxis here in Ulaanbataar can be dishonest and charge more.

The Tour operator met me... - The Tour operator met me at the airport with my name on a printed sign. On the other side of the sign was a list of all sorts of good information about the city. They explained that they did not speak English. Very safe, driving and help with luggage.

This was a wonderful... - This was a wonderful experience. Our driver was friendly and more than helpful. Even with the notorious Ulaanbaatar traffic, we still enjoyed the trip and learned a lot about the country before arriving at our location. 10/10.

The drive for our private... - The drive for our private transfer from UBN airport to the Kempinski was surprisingly hitch-free. The driver was at the arrivals hall of UBN with a sign bearing our name. He was on time, helped us with our tons of luggage, and was pleasantly efficient with our ride to the hotel. The driver was explaining to us that traffic is and can be horrible from UBN to the city, and may be made unpleasant with the heavy air pollution in Ullaan Baataar. This ride can effectively range from 45 minutes to 3 hours. He described a few major sites we were passing, and got us to Kempinski safely.
