Airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign displaying your name. The paging area is located at the Exit Gate in the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point.

Additional Note: It is best to look for your airport representative at the Exit Gate in the paging area.

One suitcase and one carry-on bag are allowed per passenger. This transfer is not wheelchair accessible. Depending on availability, the vehicle provided for the service may not be exactly as depicted in the photo.

Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any auto pre-paid booking is confirmed automatically when you pay via our payment gateway system.

Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and confirmed automatically.

Pay Later Booking: Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check-in information.

Our pick-up time and guide numbers for tours will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative 12 hours before the tour date (in case of Join Tours).

Child Policy:

• Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free provided they do not occupy an additional seat
• Children aged 3-8 will be charged 75% of the tour rate
