Excellent Service and Hassle-Free Experience - From the start, Tim was very proactive in contacting us and discussing the itinerary. They responded quickly to any questions or suggestions we had, making the planning process smooth and easy. On the day of the trip, the driver, Felipe, provided excellent service — he arrived on time, was friendly and polite, drove safely, and even prepared water and beer for us. Everything went smoothly, and we had a great day exploring without any stress. If you’re traveling with a group, I highly recommend their service — it’s much more flexible and convenient.

Best private driver! Truly recommend! - Tim is a truly thoughtful and attentive driver. My parents don’t speak Spanish and have limited English, yet Tim communicated with them warmly and even offered fun and helpful suggestions, making the journey very enjoyable. He took them to all the towns and attractions they wanted to see, with a flexible and well-arranged itinerary. All prices were completely transparent, with no hidden costs. The car was clean and comfortable, providing a great ride. We are so glad we chose this private car arrangement—it gave us both flexibility and a wonderful experience!

Best day out and birthday celebration. - We had an amazing day with Tim as our private guide and driver! From the very first message, his communication was clear and friendly, which made everything easy to organize. He took us to Tulum and the Mayan Ruins, found less crowded cenotes for us to enjoy, and even made sure we got to Playa del Carmen before finishing the day with the most delicious, authentic Mexican tacos. 🌮 Tim was professional, super helpful, and made our day feel effortless from start to finish. We felt really well looked after and could just relax and enjoy the experience. I would absolutely recommend Tim’s service to anyone visiting the area—you’ll have a fantastic time!

The best day trip ever for a family! - This is, without a doubt in my mind, the best way to visit places and travel around! Tim, our driver was amazing, looking after us the whole time, including our five year old. He gave us the complete freedom to pick our itinerary for the day, although he also offered helpful suggestions. We went to Coba Ruins, (highest temple in the Yucatan), followed by three cenotes, two of which we had to ourselves. Then a trek through the jungle to see spider monkeys, seeing a snake, zip wire across a lake and swimming in a cenote in the middle of the jungle (entrance a tiny hole), bats everywhere and climbing up a rope ladder. That was in Punta Laguna Reserve, which is run by a Mayan Community. Thanks Teve Transfers & Tours, especially Tim for taking us to these amazing places! Loved being able to choose exactly what we wanted to do. We feel so lucky!

Amazing communication and a stress-free day! - I highly recommend booking with Tim and Francisco! Tim reached out as soon as we booked to confirm our hotel pickup and drop off and gave some great suggestions of what to do for our day. The car was air conditioned and a perfect fit for three people. We had Francisco as our driver who was just lovely, he spoke limited English but we used WhatsApp to talk and also Tim was available the whole time. We got picked up at 8am and got to Chichen Itza at a great time, by booking your own driver you are able to beat the crowds if you are willing to wake up early! Also it was so great to have Francisco take us all the way to the entrance of Chichen Itza and pick us up at the door— on the way there tons of people approach the car with signs trying to sell unofficial tours and parking. Francisco politely waved them off and it was blissfully peaceful for us, as compared to if we tried to drive ourselves! On the way back we stopped by the cenote which was a perfect afternoon cool-off activity. When I realized we were running late and going to miss our dinner reservation, Tim went above and beyond and had someone call the restaurant to move our reservation back. I am SO grateful that he went above and beyond like that. Communication the whole day was easy and responses were immediate. I can’t recommend them enough! I will definitely be booking them next time I am in Cancun.

2.5 days with Tim’s team- the best decision for our trip! - Excellent 2.5days with Felipe and Francisco under the organisation of Tim. Tim listened to all our itinerary and gave great insight to ensure we got everything done. Myself and my mum have recovering leg injuries, so a personalised tour with Tim’s crew was a must to see shallow Cenotes, Chichen Itza, Valladolid, Tulum, Ven a la Luz, Holistica art walk, Gran Cenote and Akumal bay. Felipe was great guide and driver and we exchanged many stories on our drives; even though Francisco had minimal English he was very pleasant and worked his translation app well so there was no issues there either! Booking with Tim was by far the best decision we made for our trip, it took out all the stress of scheduling, was customised to our physical abilities; all whilst seeing some of Cancun’s highlights. Highly recommend to anyone considering! They are professional, punctual, honest and you’ll feel right at ease with them instantly. An absolute gem in Cancun!

Private Activities (Speedboat & Parasailing) - We went on the speedboat/snorkeling, and then parasailing with a private driver who waited for us and took us to all the places from our hotel and back. It was a great day!

2 day trip with Tim! - We booked two days with Tim and so glad we did. Tim listened to what we wanted and planned the day for us. Going out with Tim was like being with a friend. We had an amazing time and recommend booking up. We did cenotes, Chichén itza, playa del carmen and Tulum. We also even had local tacos which we enjoyed. We never felt rushed and wish we had time in our trip to book another day with him!

Private Tour - def worth it! - This private tour was great. We visited Chichen itza and 3 cenotes. Tim was very helpful and gave us tips for the trip. Our driver Felipe was great and made sure we were good and answered our questions. Definitely recommend this private tour if you are looking for flexibility and managing your own time.
