Recommend - This is a great service, we were early landing but the driver was there waiting for us - tracked the flight. We used this company from the airport to the hotel and again from the hotel back to the airport. Good communication, great service.

Easy airport transfer to... - Easy airport transfer to our hotel in Lima! Made things super easy and was there to meet our flight with a clean, airconditioned and comfy ride into town at peak traffic. Thank you kindly!

Sub par Arrival experience that missed even basic hospitality standards - I booked this airport transfer expecting a professional and welcoming start to my time in Lima, especially after a long international flight with four heavy bags. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short.
The driver was standing off to the side with a sign, but his hand covered part of my name and he was absorbed in his phone. I had to wave him down myself. He greeted me with silence, grabbed only one of my four bags, and began walking far ahead of me, leaving me to drag the other three behind him across the pavement. He had parked a good distance from the arrivals area, yet made no effort to assist further.
The first 10 minutes of the ride were completely silent with no welcome, no introduction, no basic hospitality. When he finally did engage, he made a comment that was to dismiss Mexican food (I had just arrive from CDMX and shared my love for Mexican food), stating “Peruvians don’t think it’s that good.” As someone who works in the hospitality industry and is deeply connected to culinary travel, this left a sour impression for me, both unprofessional and culturally insensitive.
I reached out to the company privately the next day. Their response was simply: “Thanks for letting us know. Enjoy our food and culture.”
No apology. No acknowledgment of what went wrong. Just a vague, dismissive sign-off.
I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I’ve come to realize that silence only protects bad service. I’m sharing this because hospitality begins the moment someone steps off a plane, and this was not it. I hope this feedback helps raise the standard for future travelers, and for the team involved.

Epic disaster - Nothing went well it started with the driver being 30 minutes late to pick us up at the airport. The drive to our hotel should have taken 30 minutes but took well over an hour. The driver didn’t even drive the speed limit and we had to provide him directions because he was lost. This was the worst experience and can’t recommend this company
