You will need to exit the vehicle and walk with your luggage through Cambodian and Thai immigration. It is necessary to present your documents and have your passport stamped. After completing these steps, you can proceed from the Thai immigration office, where you will find your Thai driver holding a sign with your name.
The Thai driver will then take you from the Aranyaprathet border directly to your hotel in Bangkok, a journey that takes about 4 hours. You are welcome to request a coffee break or use the restroom along the way.
The entire trip takes around 7 hours, excluding the time spent at Thai and Cambodian immigration control. Please be aware that travel time may be slightly extended due to traffic conditions.
