Airport transfer both ways - Prompt and I appreciated the ability to text the provider to confirm along the way. Communication was always very quick and the drivers were on time both ways.

Would not recommend - I booked a transfer a few months in advance from PC airport to my hotel. Received a confirmation for pickup the day before. When I arrived, I could not find my driver. I was looking for Sacbe Transfers because that's the name of the company they give you in the email. Could not find them. Then after about 20 minutes of looking and walking back and forth, someone called my name. The man who flagged me down did not have a sign with my name on it, and said my driver was waiting. He had some guy bring my bags around the corner and we waited for the driver. Took maybe 10 minutes, but when the driver arrived, he was in an unmarked van. This is not the norm in Punta Cana. Why would I receive a text saying my driver was waiting if he hadn't arrived yet? Our driver did not speak any English whatsoever, which is fine, it was just hard to communicate when I asked how to arrange my pickup for return. This information probably should've been in the email. I ended up calling the customer service number, waited on hold for a bit, but was able to confirm my transfer. On my return, I got a text at my set time stating that my driver was at the lobby and that they would be leaving me behind in 15 minutes. There WAS no driver at the lobby. I texted back, and nothing. A few minutes later, I received a text saying they needed to move the vehicle, whatever that means. I called the company only for no one to answer. I sat there in the lobby panicking while listening to hold music for 10 minutes. The bellboy at my hotel called me a taxi, but I had just run out of cash that morning, so I was trying to figure out how I was going to pay for a taxi. A while after that, a driver pulled up and confirmed he was there to pick me up. Another unmarked van! We were now running late, but luckily our flight was delayed by a half hour, so it ended up working out. This was the worst transfer company I have ever worked with in the Dominican Republic. I would not recommend them, especially if you are traveling solo!
