You can choose your preferred pickup time. We allow a 45-minute wait time from the scheduled pickup time. If we can’t reach you after an hour, we will then release the driver.

Cruise Port Pickup Procedure:
• Upon disembarkation of the ship you must collect your luggage and proceed through customs and immigration

• Then exit the building to the transportation area where you will need to locate the “Limousine Phone” through Door D which will connect you directly to a Vancouver Ports Personnel at the off-site limousine holding area

• Please provide your name and state that KJ Limousine Services is your limousine service

• The limousine will then be dispatched to your location within 5-10 minutes from the off- site holding area

• Private transportation
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) included
• Cruise Ship Terminal pick-up
• Fuel surcharges included
• Gratuities included

Our Port Transfer service is ideal for holiday-goers whether you’re a small crew or a large party. Our limousine will collect your group from the Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal directly, and whisk you away to Vancouver Airport YVR in time for your flight.

The range of our limousine services stretches between Vancouver Airport and all locations within Greater Vancouver, including Downtown Vancouver and Vancouver itself.
