A wonderful three days in the parks - We also used the AAA Express service during our second visit to Tanzania. In 2017, together with our guide Joseph, we conquered both Kili and Meru. This year it was all about having fun on Safari. our driver Peter was great and we really enjoyed Tarangire, Manyara and Ngorongoro parks. Safari is always about luck, weather and driver skill. It was the second experience with Ngorongoro and Manyara parks and we could compare. In Ngorongoro in particular, we were very lucky and the number of animals was almost double the previous visit. Unfortunately, it was the other way around in Manyara. I wish all travelers to be a "happy group" as the guides call those who see most of the big five and many other animals. We also enjoyed the accommodation at Eilennss Tree Inn, which Mr. Jalala recommended to us, the hotel was very nice and the food was good.

Totally amazing life changing experience in Tanzania National Parks - From the moment we arrived in Tanzania we were looked after by the most wonderful, kind, friendly people. The organization skills of Jalala gave us a hand-picked tour just for us. Our hotel was all we needed, clean, comfortable and friendly. Our campsites went from basic to the most luxurious campsite we have ever been to. Our entire safari experience from a day trip to 10 days on the road were just amazing. Everyone was friendly, informative, and just superb. We took all the advice from the tour guides and trust us the advice was perfect for our expectations. We met so many wonderful people and saw more amazing things then we ever imagined, nothing was too much bother. Thank you to all of our guides, Michael and our safari guide in Arusha National Park (walking with giraffes). Thank you to Leiyo our wonderful Maasi guide who gave us a wonderful experience. Special thanks go to Emily and Senga with whom we spent 10 fantastic days on the road with us. Every day having wonderful meals cooked by Senga and served with a smile and much laughter. I don’t know how he managed to cook up such amazing meals as we travelled. Special thanks go to Emily our tour guide who was just amazing and without whom we never would have seen such amazing things and laughed so much, there just aren’t enough words to describe this truly amazing and incredible trip. Great customer service, amazing food, authentic experience, and truly a once in a lifetime adventure - 10/10 Recommend! This was our honeymoon. We came all the way from Canada and had a great time! Yes ofcourse youll see tons of animals, but you likely will with most safaris companies. So what makes AAA Express Adventures Different??!!!! 1. BOOKING & COMMUNICATION Jalala was amazing at responding and answering all my questions promtly via email while I was planning my holiday back in Canada. Moreover, when I got to Africa, we had his whats app phone # and were able to contact him anytime and he answered right away! 2. PUNCTUALITY Africa was a huge culture shock. One thing specifically is that even if things are booked and there is a time set… that doesn’t guarantee anything. I actually didnt learn this about Tanzania until after our Safari. AAA Expess Adventures Safari was our first planned activity for our honeymoon and it was all on time. They said theyd be at the airport with a sign of our names and they were. After a 1 hour drive to our hotel JALALA was already at our hotel waiting for us to debrief us on the plans for the safari! This was so nice to see a friendly face!!!! After our safari we did our own trip to Zanzibar and thats when we really started to appreciate just how good the customer service was with AAA Express Adventures - because other excursions were not like this at all. 3. FOOD FOOD FOOD Wow!! I can not say enough Amazing things about our chef!! Not only is he super talented being able to cook everything even at a bush camp over open flame… but it was absolutely delicious!! Hamadee was our chef!!! We are different restaurants in Arusha before and after our safari and we couldnt even stomach the food… We were so well fed with AAA and Hamadee! Thank you. Ps. I may have to come back some day just for your soup! YUM!!! 4. AUTHENTICITY We did not anticipate the true authentic cultural experience we were going to encounter when we did the 2 day 2 night hike around the Ngorogoro Crater! Wow wow wow! That originally was the part f the trip I was least looking forward to (my husband convinced me), but it ended up being the highlight for both of us!! Sure… You can go to Maasaia villages along the road with a safari group… but this was something entirely different! We got to see REAL Maasai villages. Let me paint an objective (key word objective) picture. Mothers with children, no one spoke english. Children were in awee as they have never seen a white person before. 30+ black flies all over the mouth of the child while he ate a cookie I gave him.. Flash forward 20min and we come across 2 Maasai women carrying grass on their heads, they didnt speak a word of english. I gave her my water bottle, she chugged the whole thing in one go. I can go on and on… it was absolutely amazing. The bush camps were truly IN THE BUSH!! No gates from predators. We had 2 Maasai warriors that kept us safe all night. They chased a leopard out of camp our first night!!!! I heard the leopard in my sleep but had no idea they chased him out till the next morning. I felt SO SAFE throughout the 2 day hike! Shout out to: -William - Maasi translator/guide -Maasai warrior - David aka “Kenya”’was so charming and spoke some English and he was so fub! -Yohann - park ranger- He was excellent at showing us scat, trees, animal tracks, and even sharing with us cultural practices and medicines! Fabulous safari experience; professionally organised with a knowledgeable and awesome guide - We originally booked this safari for summer 2020, having done a lot of research and having been impressed with reviews for AAA Express Adventures. We began online discussions to arrange our package and were impressed from the start with Jalala's communication and helpfulness. When covid hit, we were forced to put our plans on hold, but kept in touch with Jalala and then rebooked for summer 2023. He honoured our original deposit and we progressed with our plans, combining the safari with 10 days holidaying in Zanzibar. We were greeted at Arusha airport by our guide, Peter, and were impressed with his knowledge, friendliness and experience from the very start. The four full days of safari were incredible, and Peter negotiated the difficult roads with skill, making sure we were well looked after and lined up with the best spots to take amazing photos. We opted for the mid-range package which was incredible value for money. The accommodation provided was varied and high quality, and the food was amazing. During the safari, we tweaked our itinerary to build in a Massai Village visit, and this was an experience we are glad we didn't miss. Overall, we would wholeheartedly recommend AAA Express Adventures as a high quality safari provider, and would do it all over again happily!

Wonderful 16-day trip &thanks for very professional service - This is a very trip that my friends and I longed for more than 3 years. After carefully evaluation we decided to choose AAA Express Adventure as our tour agent in Tanzania. I got contact with Jalala at the end of 2019 and planned to depart in the early 2020. Because of the Covid-19, we couldn’t set off until this year. Jalala is very professional, very patient and easy to communicate. The itinerary had been modified many times. The driver/guide is also very experienced, the accommodations are comfortable， and the food are all carefully prepared. We went to Arusha NP, Tarangire NP, Lake Manyara, Lake Eyasi, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti NP and Lake Natron. We love every place and animals. We took many photos although we did not catch some exciting hunting moments which needed some luck. Overall, this trip was well-organized with good value. AAA Express Adventure is an excellent tour operator and is worth to be recommended to everybody who wants to explore this amazing country in Africa.

Great experience - It was a wonderful experience and I had so much fun. It was perfectly organised, nice camp sites, good food and great trips!

Exceptional Safari - Seeing all the animals close up including Cheotah, Leopard and Rhino. Even stood next to Giraffes and saw one family of 16 lions with their cubs relaxing under the trees. No request too small, both manager and driver provided the best experience possible for us. The accommodation met all our needs, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The drivers knowledge of when and where to go made all this possible. The beauty of a small company giving peresonal care and attention. The only issue was there was too much good food to eat. We split our 10 day safari up with a one day walk up a 3000 metre live volcano mountain to see sunrise and superb views which included Kilimanjaro. The jeep was equiped with charging points for cameras, phones etc which we used having taken so many pictures of the prolific wildlife in the Parks we visited. Can't rate this company highly enough

7 days Kilimanjaro and 5 days Safari - My friends and I went to Tanzania for a 12 days trip. We were all very happy with AAA Adventure provided services. Their hiking plan was designed so well that we all 6 people with average age of 60 successfully climbed Uhuru summit. The tour guides, chef, safari drivers did best job to make us have a wonderful vacation. We will definitely recommend their services

Extraordinary experience - We made a 7-days camping safari with AAA Express Adventure to Arusha NP, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Eyasi and Tarangire NP. Everything was well organized and meet our wishes. Peter, our driver guide was very nice and Sanga cooked delicious food. We saw a lot of animals, much more than we expected. The communication with the manager Jalala was very good, he always answered at once an it was possible to adjust the safari to our wishes. Thank you very much for the extraordinary safari!

Great experience - Tanzania (Northern Circuit) has been quite an experience. We did a 13 days safari with AAA Express Adventure. Our guide was Emily. We visited Arusha NP, Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, Ngorongro Crater and Lake Manyara NP. Our favourite was Serengeti. Emily is an experienced guide who puts in effort to get us the best possible sightings and ensured our safety and comfort. Our cook, Hadi was great as well. The meals he prepared were tasty after a long day of game drive. Booking of the trip was smooth. Mr Jalala was prompt in his responses. He is also transparent about the costs of running such a trip. Tanzania is probably the most expensive African country for a safari, but this is not because tour operators are trying to overcharge. One should check out the entry and permit fees for each of the parks to get a better idea of the cost. Overall I am quite satisfied with the tour.
