All travelers will be notified upon departure or arrival of the vehicle and other procedures. In most cases, when we are picking up a guest from the airport, we typically have their name displayed on our welcome signboard and ask the guest to meet us outside at one of the following Columns A to D, which will be the meeting point for all travelers arriving in Jamaica. If we are picking guests up from their hotel, we provide them with the model and plate number of the vehicle and ask the guest to meet us in the lobby area for pick-up. After picking up from the airport or the hotel, the next stop will be your destination unless instructed otherwise to make stops along the way for free.

Should any guest wish to make a stop along the way, we are more than happy to accommodate.
