Amazing jet ski parasailing combo excursion - It was an amazing experience and excursion. The jet ski crew was amazing and the parasail crew was also incredible. The driver picked us up on time and the tour company was in communication from the moment we booked. The team made sure you felt safe and catered to all of our needs.

Jet skiing was fun - The jet skiing was fun but the parasailing got canceled right after we got done jet skiing. And only got partially refunded which I don’t believe is fair

DISAPPOINTING - WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF ALLOWED. Reached out to me the night before our excursion offering a full refund because our resort was out of range (even though our resort was included in the options that are in rage for transportation). Kindly accepted the offer of a refund and was promised to receive a refund within 3-5 business days. It has been 3 WEEKS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND BECAUSE THIS COMPANY HAS NOT UPDATED VIATOR TO ISSUE A REFUND (even though they assured me several times after the initial conversation the refund has been processed) THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF TIME AND ENERGY AND BOOK ELSE WHERE

Wouldn’t recommend - This was not fun! They make you sign a wavier stating that you pay 1,000 usd if you break the machine, you get on the machine and all the warning lights are flashing & there’s barley no gas! The machines don’t run properly and they make you stay in a small area! It was raining and there was lightening. Not enjoyable I was charged 600$ for jet ski and parasailing the parasailing was canceled I was refunded 200$ only! So I was charged 400$ for 30 mins on a jet ski that barley worked and it was raining.
