Curio Travel is Great. - We have traveled to Turkey three times. Twice to Ephesus and once to Istanbul. On each occasion we arranged private tours with Curio Travel. The tour guides and drivers are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable. The vans are top notch with air conditioning and plenty of room to sit comfortably. We would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful tour of Istanbul - We visited Istanbul from a cruise ship in September 2023 and had an amazing tour. Our guide for the full day was Semih and he had so much information about the sites we visited that we were astounded. Really nice man, and he took us to an off-the-beaten-track restaurant in the Grand Bazaar that was absolutely delicious and a wonderful respite from the chaos of the market. The guide we had for our 2nd day was Ali and he was likewise filled with knowledge of all the sites we visited. We had "whispers" on the 2nd day (little devices with earpieces so we could hear our guide better) and those worked really well during our site visits. Transportation was excellent, with a very nice (big) van, and a good driver, for our small group of 10. Wonderful visit to Istanbul and amazing sights seen. Very good tour.

Fantastic Istanbul Tour - Excellent tour from start to finish. We were met at the port by Leila, a charming young lady who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her city. Due to our late arrival, and the insane traffic in Istanbul, we knew we could not see everything we had wanted to, but over the course of that afternoon/evening and the next morning, Leila managed to cover all the key highlights. She organized everything so that we never had to wait very long at any place we went, and she shared lots of interesting information. Great experience and loved the fact that it was a private tour just for the two of us. Would definitely book with this company again.

Dream cruise excursion postponed until 2022 - Although our cruise stop was sadly cancelled by the cruise line, we had a wonderful experience working with Fevzi and team. He suggested a fabulous itinerary, at a fair price, and the communication was prompt, clear, and organized. He addressed all our safety concerns and vehicle size limits. We are now scheduled for 2022 and will definitely be working with this fine team to schedule our tours.
