Maní - This activity takes place in the Magic Town of Maní, where we will get to know the melipona bee up close, how it feeds and why its conservation is important, as well as the herbal and medicinal uses of honey.
A honey tasting is carried out and the 2 types of hive houses that are currently used are shown. Our BEE MATTERS® program has the purpose of supporting women from different communities who are dedicated to the safeguarding of this important endangered species. Leave your mark expressing your love and respect for life and bees by painting a box that is donated to beekeeping communities.
Enjoy eating in a Mayan house dishes made with organic products that the cooks themselves grow and harvest.
