No show - I made this reservation a while ago. I needed to change the pickup time right after I made the reservation. I contacted the provider and they said it wasn’t a problem and they would pick us up at the correct time. I sent another message the day before pickup but they did not respond. They never showed up to pick us up. We needed to catch a flight so this was very stressful. I ended up getting an Uber which was much cheaper anyway. Hopefully I can get a refund for the no show. Viator tried to contact the provider also but was unsuccessful.
