Magnificent - At the time of arrival they were already waiting for us which was quite comfortable, they gave us all the information we required about the place, we acquired sim card and everything in perfect condition. The vehicle in perfect condition and very nice.

Grateful for the round trip transfer. - The transfer service from the airport to Grand Bavaro, was excellent; on time, we felt accompanied and safe. Car for 9 people in excellent condition and comfort.

Dissatisfied with this company - This company was not authorized to pick us up at the hotel lobby, we had to go to the main gate to meet the driver. This we were made aware of minutes before the arranged pickup time

Thief - Very bad experience. To escape. Arrival at the airport, it took a long time to search!!!!! When I finally find the operator, finally a Representative of the operator, he takes me to a broken car, so old that the seat belts do not even work, with torn seats, without water or wifi as indicated! A driver who does not speak a word of French or English when it was written that I will have a French guide, he took me to a hotel that had nothing to do with the one booked. I had to draw him a drawing to explain the name of my hotel. I paid a round trip to 45€ which is not worth them and when I ask for a refund, obviously it is not possible. You're a bunch of thieves. To flee far, far away. They're dishonest. Don't trust the pictures, it must be 45 years old so it has nothing to do with it.

Go with DAT instead - Terrible. They were late to pick us up. They had the wrong address taken down. They didn't have the car seat they were supposed to have. The van was very old and run down so not recommend

Bad customer service - Me and my wife was not picked up from the airport and we would like a refund of our money. We came to punta Cana rescheduled our trip want to go for transportation to the resort our flight came in late I made contact with the transportation company and me and my wife was wasn't picked up from the airport to get to the resort and I had to pay another taxi driver to get us to the resort.
