Guatemala City - We´ll pick you up at the lobby of your hotel at 5 am in the morning, so we have enough time to visit all the places we planned for today. Don´t worry, you can take a nap on the bus until we make our first stop to take breakfast.

We will explore the Caribbean section of Guatemala, nestled amidst banana farms - here we find the awe-inspiring archaeological location of Quiriguá boasting unique relics and breathtaking 10 meter tall carved Mayan Stelae. Travelling east, our destination is Río Dulce, with its historical 17th century pirate fortress. Following, we will uncover another side of Guatemala: Livingston, notable for its unique Garífuna culture brought about by an African-descendant heritage, adorned by stunning white-complexioned beaches and natural swimming spots. Concluding our exploration, we will dive into the greenery of the tropical rainforest to reach a sacred location for the Mayan-Qeqchi people, where we are welcomed with a Mayan Ceremony which will mediate for our access into The Tiger Caves, blessed by a beautiful mountain river winding its way through.
