Chukka gave us an experience we won’t soon forget - The guides added immensely to the experience. They were friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I tried things we had never tried before.

Absolutely amazing - I purchased this package through JTL tours, which is the agency that picked us up from airport and dropped us off. Our representative actually suggested it. We arrived at 8am. We were able to complete atv, horseback scenic (Lamar was amazing), zip lining ( raheem and ghost) amazing and very professional, knowable. When i say they preached safety first. Horseback water, once again Lamar was our guide and he made sure we were comfortable with the horses and preached safety. Caterman cruise was delayed related to weather but eventually sailed out. I am giving chukka and all my guides 10/10.

An amazing experience - My experience at chukka was absolutely amazing. My favorite part of the entire experience was the ocean water rafting. My captain Chadmin was amazing. Made me feel very comfortable and established a great vibe before heading to sea. He was very respectful as well just a good time overall.

Overall an great day - Visited in September with my cousin. We managed to do the ATV, horseback riding, zip lining, and the party boat. You have to sign up for the party boat and the truck safari ahead of time. All the other activities were first come first serve by the hour. We had a great time with the activities. Since it was down time for tourism, it wasn’t too crazy and we managed to fit it a full day. The items that knock off some points are the horses, departure organization, and they didn’t tell us ahead of time that the bamboo rafting was undergoing maintenance. It was my first time on horses so I’m not sure how they normally are. These horses look exhausted from the hot sun and having to give us rides. You can set up pick up time to go there but departure is a free for all with scheduled time for different areas. They had four times listed with the last departure at 5:30. Turned out they did not have a 5:30 departure time and were eventually rushing around to tell people they had to leave. I wished they had told us the bamboo rafting was closed so we could at least schedule that activity for a different day or somewhere else. The staff were mostly great- John and Roman at the zip lining were wonderful; Aiden with the horses was assuring, especially once the horse I was on tried to peck at me. The party boat was partying and the staff had amazing energy!

Please spread more love - The bamboo rafting was amazing, 10/10 recommend now when it came to the ATVs the lady that was supposed to be able to help was fairly rude and very sarcastic when answering your question she also didn’t explain correctly on how things operate she advised me and my sisters to be on time but when me and my sisters arrived 10 mins early she still allowed another group that was late go in front of us with no explanation as to why when she was asked about the time slot we were told to be on time for and replied ever so rudely it’s not 12pm yet I pray 🙏🏾 that people don’t let other people affect them to the point where they project anger towards people that means no hard

Worse company EVER - I got sick and requested a refund 8 hours before the time of the excursion and they lied and put me as a no show when they seen I canceled because. I got sick!!! Also the other people I traveled with that did make it said they are very RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL, and told my friend to take his Gay ass back to America smh DONT BOOK WITH THEM AT ALL‼️‼️

I would never come back here. - The worst experience. We only got to try one excursion which was the horseback riding for me to not even want to ride anymore after being in the heat for so long and my girlfriend horse began having a seizure shaking in the water and got aggressive almost throwing her off the horse and she couldn’t swim. All the other excursions have time frames so if you miss it it’s a hour to a hour and half before you can try to do it again. They don’t even offer the bamboo rafting anymore which you don’t find out until you get there. They want an additional $78 just to take some photos on it. I paid the $78 because the man said he would still take us out on the water a little bit but we only got in the water to get on the raft for the photos we didn’t actually go anywhere! Waste of time and money. Everything is kiddie looking and small. I asked to be refunded and was denied my refund. I even tried speaking with someone on site and was told to just reach out through the booking site just to turn around and be denied the refund they were just trying to get me off the property without having to confront me or address my problems.

Don't waste your time or money. - Don't waste your TIME OR MONEY. You wait for hours to be told you can't do the activity. The staff is rude. While I was there , I watch as the ATV flip over on a rider. As a rider of a Harley, I was told very rudely to get of there ATV and asked if I know how to drive . The manager wasn't very helpful, I'm still waiting for a reply from my complaint. Some people save for months and maybe year to enjoy vacations and do excursions like this, don't do. This one you'll be very disappointed. Stay at your resort and enjoy your time there or pick another place.
