Isla Mujeres - Great crew, lots of fun! Enjoyed a great day in Isla Mujeres! I recommend. this tour! Pick up was a little chaotic but it was worth it!

Amazing staff. Amenities need updating. - The staff aboard the Tucan was amazing. We unexpectedly encountered weather conditions that altered our excursion itinerary, but they made the best of a difficult situation. The trip from our pick up in Playa Del Carmen was a very, very long 2 hour adventure (and another 2 hours back) The shuttle driver did a great job, given the amount of traffic and managing multiple pick-up and drop- off stops. However, 4 hours in the car just getting to and from was much longer than we anticipated. The beach club where we had lunch and free time was in desperate need of updating. Tables, chairs, and structures were old, broken, and faded. The greatest need for attention was the restrooms within the beach club. Lack of ventilation, out of control trash piles, and overflowing and backed up sink trough made for a very disgusting stinch and appearance. Beach club restrooms desperately need an attendant to manage the lack of sanitation. One final point you should be aware of if evaluating this excursion is the mandatory dock tax. We were made aware of a dock tax prior to booking our excursion, but no one ever would disclose an exact amount. Before boarding the boat, we were required to pay a shocking $20 usd per person in cash. Wow.

Full of potential - Great tour of the island and a few amenities were ok. In all honesty I feel they could pay more attention to detail, safety, and customer satisfaction instead of numbers and they would be an awesome tour.
