Highlights
- Bè Genuine Home Experience - The meeting place is located a few steps from the main beach (La Praia), from the NaturArte artistic path and from the very famous watchtower of Praiano. Our guests will take a seat on our terrace overlooking the sea, to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get down to business. They will prepare appetizer, dessert, pasta and sauce using products from our garden and our fishing moments, following the recipes of our family. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the digestive or digestifs prepared by hand. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience. The menu and recipes vary according to the season and the harvest in the garden and the daily catch. Below are some examples of menus.

Hi there, we’re Carla and Rocco, a youthful pair with a fondness for delectable cuisine. Born out of our shared experiences in the restaurant and hospitality industry is our venture: a fusion of culinary love, cherished traditions, and authentic ingredients. We strive to give our guests a feeling of coziness and homeliness. After delighting in homemade hors d’oeuvres and touring our gardens, guests will embark on a zero-kilometer culinary journey. Here, they’ll delve into our family’s traditional foods and customs. They’ll savor their lunch or dinner, accompanied by an exquisite glass of wine. The meal, prepared by the guests’ own hands, will conclude with our desserts, artfully crafted following time-honored family recipes. Lastly, the Bè liqueur, a blend of citrus, spices, and herbs from our garden, will be served. This will be a one-of-a-kind, fulfilling affair. Our guests will enjoy attentive service and be part of moments they won’t forget. The entire experience will be marked by naturalness, spontaneity, and a feeling of being part of one big family.

A delightful cooking experience - We had a wonderful lunchtime cooking class with Carla and Rocco learning about Italian food and culture. They welcomed us into their home, conducting the class on a well covered outdoor patio in their garden with excellent views of the Amalfi coast. The food was delicious and the class involved many thoughtful touches that made it a delightful experience. We would highly recommend.

An authentic Italian cooking experience! - Rocco and Carla welcome you into their home and treat you as a member of the family for one night. This cooking class is the real deal - not like any of the silly tourist traps or corporate type cooking classes you’ve done before. The scenery was also breathtaking as the class was held on their newly built (by Rocco!) outdoor patio kitchen, which allows you to take in the beauty of the coastline. Highly recommend and I wish Rocco and Carla lots of success with their business!!
We had such a fun time learning as we were cooking and realizing that simple ingredients and recipes can be delizia! We made two types of pasta (ravioli - the best I’ve ever tasted, and a spaghetti - our group got to select this shape), an appetizer (stuffed pepper), and my favorite dessert (tiramisu). They also treated us to two of their homemade wines, which were fantastic as well as their homemade liqueur. We did the group experience and were so glad we did - it was a blast getting to know other couples on our trip and we had a lot of laughs. This has been the highlight of our trip!

Excellent cooking experience! - Rocco and Carla were amazing hosts providing an experience that was authentic and delicious! They are both highly trained in culinary arts and we learned a lot! They treated us like family and were wonderful representatives of the local community. Plus -amazing views from their patio! We highly recommend this experience!

Cooking class - positano - Carla and Rocco provided an exceptionally friendly environment to showcase their homegrown and locally sourced produce and also taught us how to make some of the best pasta and tiramisu we have tasted.
Would highly recommend anyone in the amalfi coast area to book in with these two - amazing experience

One of our favorite experiences in Italy! - We had such a wonderful time with Rocco and Carla. They were easy to connect with and we were really impressed by what they have been able to create in such a small town. We only wish we could have spent more time with them while we were in town. My husband and I are both vegan and they had no problem accommodating/modifying recipes. We love to cook, so we are definitely planning to make our own pasta at home and have already been inspired by much of what we learned in our class. Hopefully they come to the US and we can stay in touch!

Wonderful memories and food! - This was such a treat! Being able to cook food like a local in a local's home was special for our family. Rocco and Carla were so pleasant to talk to and obviously love the opportunity to share their culture and traditions with others. We made a lovely meal and we've already tried once to replicate it at home with the recipes they sent us! Our experience was unfortunately disrupted by a heavy, unusual thunderstorm, but we had a wonderful time inside nonetheless. I highly recommend taking this unique opportunity to learn from Rocco and Carla!

Perfect honeymoon experience - Rocco and Carla welcomed us to this amazing home cooking experience and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The food and wine were perfect and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed learning and cooking with Carla and hearing the history of their recipes with Rocco. Will be recommending to all our friends!
