Amazing, authentic experience! - This is an amazing, authentic experience of family style Italian cooking. The hosts are lovely - Rocco is a sommelier, his wife Carla is a chef, and their son Alessandro is adorable. All the ingredients we used were cooked on the family’s land (within 100m of where you cook/eat) and they served delicious homemade wine & lemon liqueur! You cook and eat on a beautiful shaded patio overlooking the ocean, and all the food is incredible. Highly recommend!

Pasta and Vino with a View! - Very nice couple who shared their passion for Italian cuisine and family tradition, showing us how to make homemade pasta, appetizers and desserts in their lovely terrace with a coastline view. They also shared their homemade artisan beverages with us. They are very responsive to messages and will help arrange transportation as well. Highly recommend this experience! Thank you, Bè Genuine!

Authentic Italian cooking class - Carla and Rocco are fabulous hosts. Everyone had a great time with the cooking class. Great wine and appetizers followed with making a very tasty dessert 🍨 and then homemade egg pasta. Carla showed the class a variety of pasta types and then topped off with 2 great tasting sauces. A fabulous experience I would come back to on my next trip.

Authentic Italian Cooking Experience - Carla and Rocco are amazing hosts. My girlfriend and I had such a fun time with them for their cooking class. All the food and wine is grown by them in their gardens and everything was delicious. We learned how to make all types of pasta and would definitely come back. They were also very accommodating to our dietary restrictions. Would recommend them to any future travelers.

Authentic Italian Cooking experience. No frills! - Rocco and Carla were wonderful hosts! They welcomed us to their newly built patio with a lovely view over their gardens and the sea. They served us two types of homemade wine which were delicious and we made a dessert, vegetable and the fun part…homemade pasta. Carla showed us how to make the different shapes. Overall it was a great experience!

Excellent Authentic Pasta Making Experience - If you’re in Praiano, please take the time to enjoy an authentic cooking class experience with Rocco and his wife, Carla. They and their family have been in this town for generations building on the family recipes. They have a beautiful patio with where the cooking is done. We made short length pasta (bow tie) and a little dessert that was delicious to eat. Most of the foods cooked were made on their property where they grow a variety of vegetables including some of Rocco’s wine and Limoncello. We’re from New York and English speaking, so coordination on the pick-up via WhatsApp (near the home) was super easy. They are good people and we were delighted to be welcomed into their home to get an authentic Italian cooking class experience. Rocco and Carla are truly trying to spread the cooking knowledge. We left getting detailed recipes for us to make back in the states!
