Ibiza Tour - Very nice boat trip with the Ibiza Tour , they have a big boat very new and the staff is very friendly They speak português and Spanish and a little English but all you’ll need it’s a googles and sunscreen

Great!! - The beaches were wonderful, transparent and water, with white sand, specially “Faro” beach was amaizing. The people from the ship was very nice, great music and environment during the trip, this is something great to do if you go to Arraial do Cabo.

Boat Tour - I bought the boat tour the day before. They contacted me the next day in a timely manner. At first, they said they might have to cancel the tour due to the weather. After I told them that I was looking forward to it and that it was my last opportunity to go on the boat tour before my flight back home, they agreed to continue. I was grateful. Our boat was originally scheduled to leave at 1:30 pm. Unfortunately, we didn't end up leaving until 3:30. During the wait time, the crew seemed unorganized and there was a lack of updates on the boat tour and why it was running late. In the end, about 14 of us boarded the boat and we had a great time. Unfortunately, because we left so late and the weather got cold, we only got to get off the boat a couple of times. Overall, I think it was a success because the beaches and the ocean were so beautiful.

Great tour - a bit chaotic in organisation - The tour was great, the staff on the boat was very friendly. They don't speak English but try their best to be helpful and assist you. We stoped at 3 places, 2 beaches and 1 lagoon where you can swim and relax. Bring your own bath towel and enough water and sun screen. It says the max.amount of PAX is 15, however we were about 30 people on the boat. The tour was supposed to start at 9pm but didn't start until 11 which was a bit disappointing. But the tour itself for this price (60real) was worth it.

Bad - My friend got a bad experience, had to wait 15 minutes for late people but they didn’t wait 5 minutes for her mom on the way back. He had to pay a taxi and lost some of his belongings that were on the boat. People from the agency were rude to him and his family.

Worse experience/ Pior experiência - English: Rude Owner, Missinf vital information, terrible customer service. You have to walk in a favela around 15ish min without any map or staff member, just relying on instructions from the rude owner. They delayed the departure in 15 minutes waiting for late customers, but didn't wait 5 minutes for us and just left us alone on a beach. I had to spend more money to find a taxi-boat, and lost my flipflops because they were on the original boat. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. no care or regards for the customers. Music just turned into a night mare after 30min in the boat, just playing pornograply funk lyrics. Portuguese: Dono Extremamente mau educado, não passa informações vitais sobre a mecânica do passeio. Foram capazes de esperar 15 minutos pra começar o passeio devido a duas pessoas atrasadas, mas não nos esperaram 5 minutos e nos abandonaram na praia. Minha mãe operada foi obrigada a andar 15 min pra chegar ao barco com apenas informações de boca. Sem mapa, sem funcionários. Horrível! Sem contar a música que depois de 30 min no barco só tocava pornografia.
