How to redeem a ticket:
- On the day of your reservation you will receive an email with login information to your Audioguide around 9 am in the morning. (If you can not see this email, please check your SPAM folder)
- Please click the link in your email that will redirect you to a login page - all of the login information is prefilled. If not, you can find them in the email.
- Please hit the login button.
- In the Audioguide menu, you will find an Entry ticket.
- Please scan this entry ticket at the entrance scanner.
- You are IN.
- Please go back to the menu, and open Stage 1 of your audioguide.
- Hit the play button, and enjoy your visit!

The zoo has garnered global recognition for its accomplishments in species propagation, boasting many world-first achievements.
We welcome you to join us in exploring this extraordinary zoo nestled in the district of Troja, Prague. Our audio-guided tour will provide insight into the zoo’s history, its various pavilions, and suggest one of the many possible routes through the Prague Zoo.
The day before your scheduled visit, you will receive an email containing your ticket and login information for the audio guide.
Upon logging in, you may begin your self-guided tour starting from the primary entrance of the Prague Zoo, located at U Trojského zámku 120/3 in the Prague-Troja district.
Please note, a stable internet connection is required for the audio guide to function correctly.
