Concert - Beautiful setting and with perfect acoustics. The program was a little ambitious for only 5 instruments but well executed

IF IN PRAGUE--DON'T MISS - There were five individuals on strings and one singer (Ensemble Czech Collegium). The sound and acoustics in the synagogue were outstanding. The sound is like there was an entire string orchestra playing and the singer's voice reverberated throughout the room. The diverse selections of music expressed the talent of the musicians. The musicians complemented each other so well that it was a seemless performance. The only negative was that they didn't have a way to purchase their performance other than a DVD.

Definitely worthwhile when in Prague - Really a good experience in an awesome venue. I would do it again. There are also plenty of similar options, do look around.

Amazing venue and outstanding performers! - The venue is a synagogue with crazy level of detail and ornamentation and the best acoustics ever! The performers were on point - everything was able to be heard and I am not a big fan of opera or the trumpet but their additions on selected songs was outstanding. Memorable evening!

Oversold without proper seating, choose another venue - Venue did not have enough seats for the amount of tickets sold. We had no choice but to sit at the back bench with an obstructed view. I wish I had chosen another venue to attend with a proper seat selection.

Avoid this tourist trap - This is a complete tourist trap- the musicians are just cashing in to make a living and clearly don’t want to be there. The set list is a bizarre mix of kitschy American musical theatre, the most solumn of Jewish religious prayer and some traditional Czech songs. Stick with a legit classical concert at the Philharmonic, and buy a ticket to see the beautiful Moorish synagogue separately! The price of these tickets was also outrageous- no locals would ever attend something so bizarre.
