Additional Information

Experience Prague like a local by joining my regular walk with a little white dog!

We’ll stroll through the stunning Vyšehrad Fortress and park, ending our journey at the Ferry pier at Výtoň. From there, you can either conclude the tour or take a short boat trip to Císařská louka Island and back.

My name is Jiri. Having grown up during the “Communism Era,” I have countless stories to share about life under the former regime, the consequences of non-compliance, and tales of those who dared to seize new opportunities to “get rich quick” in the new era.

To keep the experience intimate, the tour is limited to a maximum of 12 people, so be sure to book early!

At the end of the tour, you can show your appreciation in your own way—whether it’s shaking paws with Bison or giving the guide a generous tip.

Jiri and Bison look forward to walking and chatting with you!

A lovely dog and many exciting stories - The dog walk was one of the highlights of our trip to Prague. The dog, Bison, is a sweet little guy who goes everywhere with us without any problems. His "master" is a very knowledgeable and well-traveled tour guide, speaks perfect German and English, and can tell many stories from the Soviet era and modern times. We had a wonderful walk on the "other" castle in Prague, Vyšehrad, where there is, among other things, an interesting cemetery with famous people from history. There were many wonderful views along the way. There were only three of us, and we got so many insights into the lives of the people of Prague. If you want to meet an original Prague resident, this tour is highly recommended. Don't forget to give a decent tip - we weren't quite familiar with the currency yet🤔

Great Tour from authentic guide - I went on the tour yesterday and can really recommend it! At first I wasn't sure what quality to expect from a tour with such a low price, but the guide had a lot of interesting knowledge about many of the places & buildings you could see on the route. He is very friendly but not in a fake way, he stays authentic. The castle hill of Vyšehrad isn't as overrun by tourists as the other hill, and has some great views in every direction. The dog was cute and didn't bark, which was very nice.

Loved it - I've had a great time. The view from Vyšehrad is awesome and it was really interesting to hear how much the country and peoples lives have changed in a relatively short amount of time. Also Bizinka is a very cute dog.
