Fabulous views and good food. - The Guide, Karel, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The three churches we visited were spectacular,, and the lunch was one of the best on our entire trip.

Great day trip out of Prague - Pavel was our guide and he was very knowledgable and had some funny stories to throw in there too. Tour was well organised and we got to see a lot. Lunch was pre ordered on the bus and was delicious, the dark beer was very good. Would definitely recommend this trip

AMAZING <3 - It was a great day ! Andy, our guide, amazed us and shared his passion for Prague - and kutna Hora.
We discovered a lot of little stories and unexpected places (in plus to the planned visit) - Very enriching and in a good atmosphere, we are delighted with this moment.
The meal time was a good time to share with the whole group - in addition to having super well eaten (for almost nothing)
Anyway, thank you Andy for this day and for your invaluable tips for discovering Prague <3

Kutna Hora Tour - The tour guide was friendly and well informed about the area.
I really enjoy the restaurant that our group visited, great choice.
I will say to improve the meeting location for the tour group. I think is better to meet in front outside of the building rather than inside. The meeting point was inside a huge building and a challenge to find, and even if we passed the meeting point without noticing we did not found the group for a while. We were late for the initial meeting time and appreciated that thebgroup
In addition, I will say to improve the group organization when taking the train.
It was a nice experience in general but the tour guide seem insecure of the train stops and all the group members were seated in different areas. This last part made me feel a bit lost but I am sure is a work in progress for the tour.
The tour managed time very well.

Left high and dry by Viator and Sandemans New Europe, with no explanation. - We were at the designated meeting place, Burger King, Prague railway station, 30mins early, and waited 60mins. No Sandemans New Europe staff arrived. We called the UK number which only took a voicemail, and sent text messages to Viator and Sandemans, none of which were answered. No one from Sandemans contacted us, and Viator have the nerve to ask for a review. Our day was ruined. We still await an explanation.

No tour and no refund - Paid for the tour upfront in advance. they then canceled our tour at the last minute the evening before. I have sent several emails and filled in their online forms to chase the refund but they have all been completely ignored. Judging form the last few reviews I would think twice before using this company. Judging by the recent negative reviews they don't seem of been operating since 2020. I wish i had noticed this before I booked.

Totally unprofessional booking. Beware - Booked the tour in advance of our Prague trip with Sandeman's Europe as its a reputable company. We were so looking forward to this tour. However we received an email at 18.00 the night before our early morning departure that the tour has cancelled due to not enough participants! This has left us with no time to re-book with an alternative company and our last day in Prague has now been spoilt. We will leave Prague without visiting Kunta Hora. I will not book with this company ever again as to cancel a few hours before the planned tour is totally unprofessional and unacceptable and now leaves us with zero alternative. Very very disappointed. Let's see we will also have to chase our refund which as the tour was fully paid for up front. If you don't want to gamble with your holiday then book with a more reliable company.

THEY CANCELLED AND DIDN’T REFUND ME - They canceled the tour the night before because they did not have enough interest. They said they would refund my money. I have tried calling and emailing asking about my refund and no one will return my calls or emails and they have not refunded me my money.
